Ilda's, Back-ground came with the privilege of getting to work with her husband as a "General Contractor". With her "Talent" in design and creation for new layouts she brought that "WOW FACTOR" and consequently increased property values. 

 

Ilda's career in the Real Estate Industry started with a "Vision" of helping homeowners in distressed situations by focusing in Pre- Foreclosures, and short sales. Since then, she has negotiated and closed hundreds of deals successfully.

 

The "Mission" that Ilda set out by starting "B. Quest Realty", was to work with Families in need of assistance to avoid Foreclosure. As well as Manage, And Sell Bank Own Properties - REOs.
